Administrator - LONDON - £13 per hour - 3 monthsAdministrator - LONDON - £13 per hour - 3 months The work location is in Paddington, LONDON and is a 3 months contract.The pay rate on offer is £13 per hour.The role is working for a well established, multi-national retailer and specialises in clothing, home and luxury product.Key accountabilities of the role includeProvide necessary admin support to Project ManagersScheduling product development activity on the client's scheduling databaseContacting suppliers to confirm schedulingChasing down updates (from suppliers/internal teams)Getting documentation prepared ahead of key sign off meetingsUpdating key product information on our scheduling databaseDiarising meetings and booking roomsKey experienceNot afraid to pick up the phone/chase people for updatesStrong organisation skillsFast learnerBasic Excel skills, but ideally able to do Vlookups
