Do you want to join a growing company in an autonomous role where you will be managing changes and influencing the Management Team to help the ongoing development of the business? They are well established in the UK, and continuing to go from strength to strength and are in superb shape financially. As such, they are currently looking for a HR Manager to join the team to work alongside the Site Manager and Management Team to help the company continue its expansion. In this role the successful applicant will be tasked with overseeing the day to day running of the Human Resources function for the site. You will be reporting directly to the Site Manager in an autonomous role but will have support when needed from Group HR.You will be responsible for managing changes within the site and working with the Senior Management team to challenge ideas and influence decisions.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company offering an autonomous role in a growing business.
