Currently seeking a IT Systems Engineer to join a world leader in Medical Technology for a 12 month contract in Sydney CBD.Some of your key responsibilities will include:File server DFSActive DirectoryExchange Server Physical and Virtual Server infrastructure (Windows Hyper-V)Microsoft Windows Server OSOccasional day-to-day Helpdesk work (General Level 1/2 support)DocumentationSupport for WAN, LAN, VPN and Server NetworkingProject work including server migration and implementationUser creation and administrationIT Systems Management (monitoring tools, ticketing systems)Key Attributes include;Able to work well under pressure and prioritise tasksCustomer service orientated with a positive attitudeA minimum of 3 years IT experience, preferably in Infrastructure Systems and/or Network AdministrationProblem solver: you are energised by tackling complex problemsTechnical hands-on expertise with Email Exchange, Window Servers and Cisco Network devicesSkills;Ability to work autonomously and in a team Excellent problem solving skillsPrevious Systems Admin/Engineer experience (3+ years) Microsoft environment with some LinuxDesirableCisco Networking (Wireless, Switches, Firewalls, VPN)Networking Administration (including firewalls, switches, WAP, Site-to-Site and Remote VPN)If this sounds like you please click apply and all suitable candidates will be contacted.
