The role provides business user support for all Finance Systems - MS SQL Server and Oracle SQL knowledge required. IT Graduates considered with a strong Mathematics knowledge and ability to pick up new Finance IT Systems.Client DetailsMy client is a large logistics firm based in Chippenham - they are looking for a Systems Support Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.DescriptionResponsible for providing End User support to the Finance and wider business user community, analysing and resolving system problems, including root cause analysis.Ensuring the efficient maintenance of standing data change requests are accurately captured, tracked and appropriately implemented in a timely manner across all impacted systems.Extracting and analysing data from back-office systems using Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle SQL DeveloperPerforming system testing for defects and developments to ensure correct functionality.Participation in Central and Operational projects to ensure system developments are aligned with business functionaility.ProfileExperience in previous Systems Support roleIT Graduate with a strong aptitude for Mathametics and general interest in the fieldtechnical knowledge/understand of MS SQL Server and Oracle SQLAbility to work as a part of a wider teamGood communication skillsInvestigative approach to troubleshooting and systems development within IT.Job Offer£24,000-£26,000 + additional benefits
