Service Desk Analyst - Liverpool A Global Technology Law Firm based in the heart of Liverpool are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their new and team. This role reports into the IT Service Delivery Manager. This is an opportunity to work for an organisation on the cutting-edge of technology, with their pioneering AI detection platform just a small part of their move to the future.You will be providing support to over 700 users across Microsoft Office 365 and bespoke specific legal software applications.They are firm believers in technology and are looking for support analysts who are also incredibly passionate about technology.
