ServiceNow Technical Lead

Central London - Moorgate tube

75k base + bonus + benefits

As a long established and trusted recruitment partner to this international banking group we have been asked to assist in the hire of an individual to join as Technical Lead in the ServiceNow Team. You will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the ServiceNow product set and having responsibility for product development and for the operational delivery of the service. This will include enhancements, integrations, automations, documentation and security.

Key skills

ServiceNow Administration Certification as a minimum.

Advanced ServiceNow certifications desired

ITIL

Cobit Governance

Agile Development experience

Industry experience managing ServiceNow instances, including planning, development, deployments and upgrades from project inception to conceptual and full design to service transition.
