Infrastructure Project ManagerLocation: Chesterfield We are actively looking to secure an Infrastructure Project Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.Experis Consultancy is a Global entity with a well-established team with over 1000 consultants on assignment across 20 clients globally. We are passionate about training, technology and career development.Role Outline:We are looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager to manage and deliver a number of projects on behalf of the client.Responsibilities:All aspects of project management for medium size/complexity project (incl. risk, change management, planning, tracking etc).Ability to lead medium size (10-30 team members) multi-site/disciplined project team.Plans and controls projects containing multiple sub-projects and/or 3rd party activities with external dependencies.Defines, documents and safely executes of projects, directing and counselling project team members, and advising clients/users as necessary on all phases.Liaises with other managers within the IS and ICT functions and within the business; manages expectations for projects.Ensures that own projects are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed.Actively encourages and coaches others, to obtain a better understanding of their strengths, weaknesses, interests and ambitions. Creates team spirit and a supportive environment.Effectively communicates complex information to different audiences. Can manage large groups (for example, during a presentation). Actively engages and manages stakeholder community.Essential Requirements:Educated to university level (e.g. Bachelor or Master) or alternatively hold a relevant professional qualification.Has been successful in the role of Project Manager with prior IT related project experience of leading small to medium sized projects.Effective stakeholder communication including ability to clearly and succinctly describe complex issues.Has a proven record of realistic estimation and demonstrates the financial/cost awareness along with the customer facing and behavioural skills to take responsibility for medium size projects.If you have the above skills please submit your profile
