2020 will hold a host of new challenges for every sector and the Defence and Security Market is no exception!With a hearty new budget, new and old problems, and the usual secrecy, it takes a number of skilled DV Cleared Business Analysts to decipher this most complex of clients. Although providing one of the most rewarding environments, historically it hasn't always kept up with the salary changes experienced in other markets.
However, this is rapidly changing and becoming an old stereotype and as a DV cleared Business Analyst you can expect a minimum of a £5,000 base salary increase and a total package increase of £10,000.
Alongside a sizable discrepancy in salary, you now have the options to choose between off site working, commercial industry exploration and a far healthier working environment. The cloak and daggers environment associated with the Gloucester Cyber industry is effectively coming to an end and this means 2020 could be your year to experience an entirely new approach to your career.
What role is available?
As a powerhouse in the Cyber and Security sector, my client needs a number of strong Business Analysts to engage with their Government clients. They seek someone who can help propose solutions and deliver benefits through the full range of their programmes. As a Key member of the team you will enable them to succeed by helping them maintain their position as the market leader in Digital Transformation.
In particular you'll be expected to analyse the client's issues, propose a range of potential solutions, help them select a solution which you may then help design, build and implement, leveraging your digital expertise.
Security
Due to the nature of this position,candidates will need to hold DV clearance. We will provide assistance transferring your clearance, as well as pay a high-level clearance bonus.
