We are looking for an ambitious IT Service Engineer, still relatively new to IT, to join this growing manufacturing group based in Liverpool. You will need to already be a in Service desk role supporting users around 1st/2nd line issues.Tech includes Windows OS - desktop and server side

Hardware build and deployment
The Service Desk doesn't have a strict structure of 1st/2nd/3rd line, you will therefore get the opportunity to work a wide variety of issues and increase your skill set.
Other duties:
Occasionally provide user training on IT systems
Suggest and implement improvements to existing IT systems
Install and manage IT hardware and software
Keeping documentation up to date
Work in an ITIL environment working within SLA's
Depending on skill set and qualifications, they are offering £21,000 - £25,000
