Head of Marketing (Category Propositions) - London - £600-£700 - 3 monthsHead of Marketing (Category Propositions) - London - £600-£700 - 3 monthsThe work location is in Paddington, LONDON and is a 3 months contract.The pay rate on offer is between £600 - £700 per day.The role is working for a well-established, multi-national retailer and specialises in clothing, home and luxury product.Background: Clothing experience requiredKey accountabilities of the role include:To be the key strategic marketing lead for the business area. Leading the development of marketing strategies to deliver against the commercials for the business area. And lead the marketing team partnering the business area.Work with the business area leadership team to develop category and customer propositions and marketing plans for their business area across all channels e.g. MenswearOversees creation and delivery of inspiring and outstanding briefs and activity against clear budgets, customer targets and commercial objectives to reflect the overall strategy and priorities of the business areasOversee and approve end to end delivery of customer and category propositions across all customer touchpointsSupport business area's commercial rhythm and takes appropriate action to respond to market conditions and deliver commercial objectivesSupport the cross-category marketing team in being the business area champion for the cross-category propositions e.g. Christmas.Lead the development of the business area sub-brand positioning and own the brand guidelines for all channels e.g. Blue Harbour menswear. Support cross category team in adhering to the cross category sub-brand guidelines and implementation of activity.Accountable with the VM team, to lead the development of world class, joined up customer experiences in-store, with a focus on ensuring in-store décor and VM work seamlessly together. Works hand in hand to influence the product offer to drive footfall and deliver an inspirational in-store and online experience.Accountable with the .com team to develop the customer journeys on .comApprove PIRs and recommendations for future activity
