Engineering Manager (COMAH) £55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Pension + Private Medical + Benefits Colchester, Essex Are you an Engineering Manager with COMAH site experience looking highly autonomous role with an industry leader, to take on an existing site and be heavily involved in its growth and physical expansion? To lead and further develop health and safety and put your stamp on its successful growth and development? Are you a strong leader? Are you looking for a top tier COMAH Engineering manager role with continued personal development and growth? This company are well established and have led the industry for over 100 years in chemical manufacturing and operate worldwide. Due to a recent restructure and development of the wider team an opening for an Engineering manager at their top tier COMAH site has become available? You will be heavily involved with site and engineering management; you will lead the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance from a site level and be instrumental in the assessment and prevention of major hazards. This company are looking for a strong leader, an individual who has COMAH engineering management experience and someone who isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up get their hands dirty and lead a team on what is a top tier COMAH site. This role has 5 direct reports. This role would suit an Engineering Manager locally based in Essex, who has COMAH engineering management experience looking to join an expanding, developing and forward thinking company, who wants to be heavily involved in site expansion and to be able to put their stamp on the development of the team.
