One of our clients is in the need of a Project Manager. For this reason, we are looking for a talented professional, who is willing to be a part of this project. General InformationStart date: ASAPDuration: 31.12.2020Extension: Extension plannedWorkload: 100%Work location: BaselTravel: 10% Tasks & Responsibilities Prepare and maintain project plans, provide regular project status reports and stakeholder management as appropriate.Planning, leading and managing project activities team according to the Project Management standards.Compliance - Directly accountable for ensuring compliance with project management methodology, SDLC, GxP and CSV. These norms will include all system qualification/validation state documentation, project documentation and resource forecasting/tracking, financial forecasting/tracking and governance procedures of the portfolio for the specific activities assignedSupport on the cost vs. benefits assessment of new ideas for the automation factoryCoordinate and support site-team activities, involving subject matter experts (SMEs), the global and the local IT teams as appropriate. Working together with development, testing (incl. performance testing) and infrastructure for the delivery of project work.Ensure timely, high quality delivery on budget and quality to achieve the project's objectives and benefits; proactively recognizing and resolving scope, schedule, resource and financial conflicts.Foster an agile mindset within the team. Must Haves 5 - 7 years Informatics project management experience; having managed medium/large size global/regional projects in multicultural environments.Experience within the pharmaceutical industry in particular in the Clinical and/or Regulatory IT domain (Pharma, Healthcare or Banking)Certificate in project management (e.g. PMP)Experience in Agile relevant methodologies (SCRUM master or/and agile coach)Proven experience in Robotics and/or Process automationDemonstrated competency planning and tracking project schedulesProven ability to obtain results in a matrix environmentTrack record of delivering projects on time and on budgetAbility to see the interrelationship of a project across "the big picture" and understand its dependency on other projects in the program as requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels, within IT and Business teamsAbility to recognize and react to challenging situations with a sense of urgency and problem ownership/accountabilityEducation: Relevant Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS; or equivalent experienceFluent English skills (written and spoken) plus the flexibility to travel for up to 10% and to be available outside of normal working hours as global work requires If this outstanding opportunity sounds interesting for you, do not hesitate to contact me for more details or send me your CV.Sthree Switzerland is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
