The role will bridge the link between the program and operational teams. They are looking to hire a business analyst to join the team and help drive their requirements whilst supporting the wider teams.DescriptionBusiness AnalystWork with the business to understand and analyse requirements

Have a thorough understanding of business processes and be able to identify areas for process improvement

Contributor and support the project manager towards successful delivery of all IT projects

Have the ability to take on the role as product owner from time to time

Produce high quality business and technical requirements documentation

Holding workshops to gather key information and own all documentation related to the project

Driving the UAT with the business users

Maintaining risks and issues logs and actively managing the mitigation strategies

ProfileBusiness AnalystExperience of working in a housing and asset management environment

Experience of working as a business analyst in an IT environment

Experience in soliciting and documenting requirements using a variety of styles and techniques

Experience of dealing with key stakeholders and creating effective working relationships

Understanding of the full project life cycle

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven experience of managing teams

Ability to produce data models, ER diagrams, UML models, UX and CX
