As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will work within a team of specialists and engineers to build, administer, support and maintain solutions.  Your role focuses on ensuring that services are integrated, delivered and operated as required, liaising closely with third party suppliers and technical architects to translate designs into operations. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to overall management, taking an overview of workforce, budget, technology, roadmaps, projects and tasks. Experience of building, configuring and supporting IT infrastructure hardware and software is essential. You must have a proven track record of supporting Microsoft Technologies in a 2nd/3rd line capacity (particularly Windows Server 2012/2016), with knowledge of DNS, DNCP and TCP/IP, as well as ADFS and an understanding of automation and scripting tools such as Powershell/PowerCLI. The ability to follow best practices, and detect and resolve issues, is also important, ideally with some experience of producing design documents and completing technical implementation.
