Senior Project Analyst / PMO

Central London - Permanent

£60k - £80k base + Benefits + Bonus

As a preferred and trusted recruitment partner to this keystone member of London's banking fraternity for over a decade, we have been asked to assist in the hire of a permanent Senior Project Analyst / Senior PMO. You will support the project and programme managers by developing and delivering project objectives, plans, documentation and reporting. The role reports into the COO who joined this organisation via us.

They are looking for an ambitious individual with project / PMO experience who is keen to progress further into full project management at some point.

Candidates must have a good knowledge of the software development lifecycle / SDLC.

Skills & Experience Required

-Experience in Project Delivery / PMO type roles

-Creating and Maintaining Key Project Documentation (Project Plans, Schedules, etc.)

-Using Project Management tools to track delivery against plan (Clarity)

-Maintaining RAID Logs throughout project lifecycle

-Project Governance (Status Reporting, Governance Packs, Documenting Key Decisions)

-Financials (Raising Purchase Orders, Reviewing Timesheets, Project Budget Tracking)

-Business Case Development (including cost and resource requirements)

-Supporting Stakeholder Engagement (translating objectives into business requirements / solutions)

-Taking Minutes / Documenting Meetings

-Good use of Microsoft Office

-Experience in Banking / Fintech helpful: Swaps, Derivatives, Buy-side financial trading, Murex, Calypso
