Test Manager - InsuranceLondon
A leading consultancy are looking for a Test Manager with Insurance experience to join and lead their team in London.
As a consultant, you will be part of the Testing & Quality Assurance specialists and represent the business by providing expert solutions to our customers to help us maintain our position as a leader in the market. You will work on different client sites in a range of industries that include; well-known global grands, government, finance, insurance, aerospace and media/digital. You will gain exposure to a variety of tools and technologies that will allow you to continuously develop as a subject matter expert in testing.
Key Skills
• Test management experience, within the insurance sector.
• Experience testing the underwriting of Property and Casualty risks.
• Must be willing to learn about messaging (This is a must have, due to the messaging types (e.g. SCM) involved.) The first deliverable will be an approach to how we test London Markets messaging. This would suit someone who has experience writing SQL statements and understands technical aspects of testing.
• Experience in successfully delivering large scale projects or programmes of work in the Insurance industry.
• Demonstrable experience of continuous improvements.
• Must have experience of working in an agile delivery mechanism and have knowledge of Continuous Integration automation delivery.
• Must have experience successfully delivering large programmes of work, working with large multifunctional teams. Having managed offshore teams is desirable, as is having exposure or an understanding of what an SDET or Full Stack Engineer is.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
