Spring Technology is currently looking for an experienced Software Asset Compliance Analyst. This is a 6 Month contract with in IR35 based in Surrey.

Job Role:

An opening has arisen for a Software Asset Compliance Analyst with a specialism to conduct an internal review in order to minimises exposures across the IT Software portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

*Conduct internal review across the IT suppliers, summarising the extent of any identified exposure.

*Update the software contracts database to determine, validate and report on the company's software licence status.

*Assist with the provision of data for audit initiated by external suppliers

*Evaluate efficiency of current controls.

*Provide recommendations for appropriate actions to be taken with regards to the overall licence balance.

Skills & Experience:

You Must have:

*Extensive experience reviewing software asset agreements

*Experience is a complex, global organisation

*Good attention to detail and accuracy

*the ability to produce written material and reports to a high standard

Will ideally have:

*Minimum of 3 years Software Asset Management experience

*Licensing knowledge of major vendors
