Nottingham Based (Flexible)

£40,000 - £50,000 per annumA Business Analyst is required by our IT Solutions provider client based in Nottingham for an initial 12 months contract. Previous experience working within Retail or B2B markets will be advantageous. The Business Analyst's prime responsibility is to support, produce and hands-on deliver activities to produce required "products" for a critical Transformation programme involving a complete ERP migration and eCommerce and PIM re-platforming programme.As the Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

* Functional operating model(s)

* Capability catalogues

* Process designs

* Shared business component designs

* Business informational models

* Operational solution designs

* Standard Operating Procedures

* Transition solutions

* Business process roadmaps

* Migration plans

* Weekly status report

* Process owner day-to-day engagement

* Business Owner awareness and buy-inQualifications

* ISEB Cert. Systems Analysis and Design or equivalent qualification, or equivalent experienceKnowledge

* Knowledge of B2B facing services and applications

* Knowledge of B2B and B2C product and pricing approaches

* Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP solutions useful (Finance, Operations and CRM) in a B2B or B2C environmentExperience

* Exposure to multiple industries, business models and processes

* Experience of sales administration process development

* Experience of customer/contract administration processes (B2B)

* Experience of full project lifecycles

* Experience of process development and data-modelling
