To help us build our programme Business Analyst capability and define business capabilities and processes across multiple work streams, our team has an opportunity for a hands-on, Principal Business Analyst.

You'll lead a team of 30 Business Analysts and set the direction of the programme, identifying the business needs, interpreting complex data and managing the efficient and effective production of high quality information, analysing and researching, anticipating partner's needs.

You'll also provide coaching & mentoring of your team.

So what are we looking for in you?

*Solid understanding of business analysis and business architecture methodologies and techniques and their practical application

*Experience of leading large teams of Business Analysts, ideally across multiple workstreams.

*Current or recent responsible for significant programme spend, iro £30million - £40million, ideally within a strategic/transformation background.

*Ability to work at scale

*A natural facilitator and decision-maker, you'll enable collaboration across all disciplines within the Lab

*Ability to coach and support colleagues to 'deliver best in class' change

*You'll be a skilled negotiator, analytical thinker and problem solver

*You'll be comfortable providing complex analytical and research advice and recommendations and using your own judgement

*Evidence of Engaging and influencing partners, anticipating, clarifying and shaping requirements for the purpose of optimising business results

A Financial Services background and/or experience working in an Agile environment is preferred but not essential.
