My client is a market leading telecoms provider who require a highly experienced sales director to lead a sales office on a basic salary of £55,000 - £65000 plus bonus.

The Sales Director will lead a sales team that focus on selling telecoms solutions to the SME Market and will work with the sales team to exceed sales targets.

Key Skills

*You will need to inspire respect from everyone at all sales levels both internally and externally.

*You will have 5 years plus Sales Management/Director experience

*Have a Telecoms background - in selling a full range of telecoms solutions.

*Highly Self motivated

*Coached and mentored sales professionals

*Develop a strategy to sustain growth and market share in this specific territory

*You must be a driven and career focused individual with a proven track record of success

*Good organisational and time management skills
