Customer Experience Quality Engineer / Conversational Engineering / Machine Learning / NLP / Scikit learn / Cork / Ireland / 6-12 Months / Outside IR35

The Client:

The Client is a well established organisation based in Cork, looking for a Customer Experience Quality Engineer.

The Role/ Requirements:

*Familiar with basic Machine Learning and NLP concepts

*Experience with Chatbots, Conversational AI or IVR systems

*Work with cross functional teams to validate end-to-end quality

*Knowledge of iOS

*Experience with Agile development processes and testing methodologies
