Development Team Lead - eCommerce Robotics!Development Team Lead - eCommerce Robotics. We're looking for a motivated Development Team Lead with a clear passion to work in a cutting-edge tech environment with modern dev practices to join a leading UK Tech Robotics house. The role is predominantly hands-off, leading a tech team of 5-7 individuals and ensuring efficient product delivery and quality. Being an advocate for modern development practices such as Agile, strong collaboration and programming is integral to this opportunity.We are looking for a Development Team Lead with the following:A software or tech engineering background preferredGood knowledge of the Software Development Life CycleMentoring or leading experienceAn interest and passion to work in a modern tech and fast paced environmentYou will be leading a cross-functional team, working with Agile methodologies and in a TDD environment. Team sizes range between 5-7 developers and they work with Java, Scala, AWS, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes and other modern technologies. Working on patented robotics for eCommerce, you as the Development Team Lead and your team will be embracing complex problems and finding the best way to solve them using a highly collaborative approach.
