Role: Interim Master Data Business Process Manager

Location: London, UK

Contract: 12 Months

Day Rate: £400 - £500 (Will increase for exceptional candidates)

The Role:

Our leading client requires Interim Master Data Business Process Manager to support Global Process Owners in driving process standardisation, integration and efficiency within data management in relation to a SAP S4 HANA implementation.

Essential experience:

*Experience of Master Data Management in Procurement and Engineering. ERP / P2P / S2P systems, processes, projects and vendors (S4 HANA preferred)

*Experience of data management from the ground up - Document current master data and create new process

*Solid understanding of Shared service centre (SSC), international environment. Experience within large, multifaceted organisations / major business process outsourcing providers

*Concise, structured business process documentation, strong communication skills and stakeholder management are key

*Provide detailed functional and technical expertise and support with queries related to Procurement, Engineering, Transactions and Master Data

*Support and deliver data management, policy, processes and improvement across Procurement and Engineering

*Improve quality of master data, analyse and provide insights as well as supporting maintenance of the Business Process documentation

*Design and implement data quality measures (KPIs) jointly with the Master Data GPO and develop master data related reporting using the insights to structure and lead data harmonisation and cleansing projects

*Drive data management projects process changes to improve consistency, completeness and value of data content and structure.

*Excel, Data analysis / manipulation

*Regular (Monthly) European travel to be expected

*Multilingual candidate would be advantageous

***Desirable experience:

*Experience with fuel management systems

*Procurement Master Data - Materials, Vendors and Contracts.

*Engineering Master Data - Functional Location Structure, Fleet Equipment / Equipment Record, Maintenance Assemblies, Measuring Points, Production Resource & Tools, Equipment BoMs, Work Centres, HR Mini Master.
