Reed Technology Birmingham are recruiting for a specialist and experienced 3rd line Support Engineer to join one of our clients in Birmingham. (6 month contract)

The role includes resolving any complex IT related issues that were not resolved in 1st and 2nd line. It is crucial that you have a good understanding on VMWare, troubleshooting firewalls, network or server related issues and experience configuring within a Windows environment. You may be required to assist on various projects to ensure the successful implementation of new systems or upgrades. Duties:

* Resolve complex IT issues within network & server environments

* The ability to assist within troubleshooting and configuration as well as on-going support of the IT team's.

* SCCM, SCOM, GPO, AD support/config

* Supporting a Windows deployment project

* Experience working with Office 365 and Azure

* Experience of supporting/config of VMWare & Citrix
