A client of Spring Technologies are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst

Based in Edinburgh Or Newcastle for one of Springs leading banking clients on an initial 6-12 month contract with the option to extend.

This role is being deemed by the client inside of IR35.

The delivery of digital solutions in support of growing our International Trade capability and in support of Foreign Exchange and International Payments to business customers. The Programme will also include a Project to upgrade technology that supports our Asset Finance business and extending the products that are on offer.

Skills Experience

* Excellent teamwork, oral, written and presentational skills;

* Experience as a business analyst in the public or commercial sector;

* Ability to be advisory in the application of business analysis techniques as they relate agile delivery frameworks and techniques;

* An evidence driven and value driven mind-set to gather the data necessary to propose and seek consensus on business improvements;

* The ability to be persuasive in presenting recommendations;

* A knack for being creative with a can-do attitude;

* The ability to evaluate and analyse information;

* The resilience to work under pressure with many unknowns;

* A focus on cost and value at the heart of your proposed solutions;

* A working knowledge and some experience in change management.
