Salesforce Business AnalystJob DescriptionThe Company works within the Financial Services industry and has built massive traction in the UK recently by working with a range of companies in the Financial Services industry to promote best practice, they need a Salesforce Business Analyst to work alongside a number of their key clients to gather key requirements. Role & ResponsibilitiesTo then identify and document a set of technical requirements in JIRA following an Agile method to address specific technical requirements.The Business Analyst will work closely with the Product Owner and Delivery Manager and third parties where needed.Assist the Scrum Mater with 'grooming user stories' with acceptance criteria to the level they can be actioned by the Scrum team including QA.To complete other Business Implementation tasks as and when defined. Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will be proficient in using Salesforce (or similar)Strong documentation and communication skillsHave strong capabilities with Salesforce software developmentHave strong capabilities with Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence)Ability to work in an organised, structured and proactive wayTo have previously worked end to end on a project.
