IT Collibra Data ArchitectAn Award Winning Investment Bank based in the City of London are now recruiting for a IT COLLIBRA Architect to work within the Data Framework Project within Capital Markets I. This will be for an initial 6 Month Contract Summary of RoleThis role is for a Data Architect working on the Data Framework project within Capital Markets IT.

The Data Framework provides a central data store for all the Front Office Orders, RFQs, Transactions and Collateral information. It also provides Market Data sourcing, Data distribution, Client, Instrument and Other referential data and is driven by the electronic Data Dictionary application: Collibra.

The work will entail project and support work using Collibra to support Data integration, Data distribution and Data Governance management of the Data Framework. The project provides key on-line data documentation for the Data Framework which is used through the Collibra APIs to drive the use of Data in the bank' technical data platform.

Good technical and business knowledge of Global Banking, Market and Reference Data to ensure data lineage is correctly represented.

Key Responsibilities

List of expected deliverables / results

- Design, install and configure data models, ensuring business requirements are met. Configuration of the Collibra solutions entailing the following components: business glossary, data dictionary, lineage, data catalog, dashboards, business process workflows, reference/master data codes/codesets.

- Defining and maintaining the operating model specific to our sponsor needs and organisations requirements; this operating model will explain how the data is governed in the organisation, how users can search/propose/create/review/archive assets. This will include documentation and training.

- Delivery of POC's, MVP's (Minimum Viable Products) and end-to-end implementations

- Working closely with the Professional Services Solution Engineer(s) who will handle the more technical tasks such as developing of system integrations

- Provide documentation to support the current/future Collibra state (Runtime Concepts/ Structural Concepts)Key Skillset

- Working Knowledge of all of the out-of-the-box Collibra workflows (e.g. How users can raise the issues related to the data and how they can solve them, etc.)

- Provision of best practice implementation advice on the Collibra solutions

- Works closely and effectively with the customer Business & IT teams, and with the Collibra corporation.Experience Required

- Experience with data governance, data management, big data, data lake, data privacy (e.g. GDPR), business glossaries, data dictionaries, data catalog, lineage

- Extensive Data analysis experience

- You will have an understanding of ETL, Data Lake.

- Familiarity with BI tools such as ElasticSearch, PowerBI, Kibana,

- Familiar with Java API2 and REST API.

- Able to specify requirements and enhancements to solutions to deliver business front-office workflows and functionalities.

- Experience with development of Mule Soft integrations

- GraphQL is also desirable.
