iOS (Swift) Developer - Permanent - £45,000 - £50,000 - London

My client is looking for a iOS developer to join their newly formed agile app development team to build the next generation in apps on a strong foundation with software engineering principles and a cutting edge technology stack.

You will report to and work primarily with the Tech Lead along with other developers, testers, designers.

Responsibilities

*Understand the requirements and functionality of the app to be developed from specifications and team interactions

*Participate in the design of the features and components of the app;

*Develop the features and components of the app using TDD, SOLID principles and adhering to software engineering best practices and coding standards

Requirements

Essential:

*1+ years commercial iOS development experience (iOS SDK, Xcode & Swift 4+);

*Demonstrable experience of working with standard iOS frameworks, 3rd party libraries and APIs;

*Knowledge of web technologies, calling and consuming data from web services and(e.g. HTTPS, JSON, REST);

*Computer Science degree or equivalent

Preferred

*Working with external hardware as an application dependency

*Building complex custom UI;

*Bluetooth integration
