Quantity SurveyorQuantity Surveyor | Bristol | Residential Developer This Senior Quantity Surveyor role is with one of the UK's largest residential developers. Founded over 50 years ago, this company have grown from a regional housebuilder to a massive developer operating across a network of over 35 divisions. This division deliver small stand-alone developments to larger communities (mostly traditional build and timber frame), primarily around a one hour's radius of Bristol.You will be joining an established commercial team based in Bristol who deal with all aspects of cost from quantity surveying to material buying. Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial and surveying responsibilities for key sites in the area.
