People Source Consulting is pleased to be working in partnership with a leading Creative Agency in the heart of London who are currently looking for a bright and experienced IT Support Analyst to provide pivotal technical support to their internal teams both in their new shiny office as well as remotely, often globally.The IT Support Analyst will be the point of contact for all IT related matters including desktop, mobile, print, and audio-visual as well as network, server and cloud maintenance and support. Communications skills will be paramount as our client is keen to encourage a vibrant and collaborative vibe!There will be a min of 3-month contract offered with a high likelihood of extension thereafter.Essential technical experience required;* Mac OS X to High Sierra (10.13)

* Microsoft Office 2016 (Mac and Windows)
