Currently looking for a IT Helpdesk Support for a immediate start in Sydney CBD working with a Large Australian Company, Get in touch for more detail.The Role:Triage requests submitted through Zendesk (20%)Working with Outsource Teams for set up of New & Disabled users (30%)Coordination of Deployment and Return of end user devices. (30%)Escalate problems, when required, to the appropriate Subject matter expert or Vendor. (20%)Perform follow-up to IT incidents once issue is resolvedUpdating Knowledge BaseEffectively prioritize and execute tasks.Experience:Excellent telephone mannerZendesk preferably6-18 months Helpdesk SupportAnalytical & Problem SolvingOffice 365If this sounds like you please apply and I will call you promptly.
