The business places data at the core of every decision and are witnessing unmatched success, by utilising innovative insight to help gain unseen advantages in everything from their pricing and plans to product offerings.The business operate a flat structure and assign further responsibility on merit, not service. The day job is ever changing, from ongoing reporting requirements to adhoc dashboard creation, database interrogation and upcoming data science projects; which presents a strong learning opportunity to get hands on Machine Learning experience.The position is unique in the sense that you're offered full autonomy to work in your own way and given ownership across the data platform. As the business grows, the need for data and additional decisions rise too; meaning more projects and more ambitious outcomes!We are looking for candidates who have:

- SQL - ability to interrogate databases for required data

- BI Tool - any of the popular tools are fine

- Reporting - evidence of advanced analytical reporting

- Flexible approach to work - the ability to multitask and deliver on multiple requirements simultaneously
