A client of Spring Technologies are currently recruiting for a Senior Platform Engineer

Based in Edinburgh on an initial 6-12 month contract with the option to extend.

You will be joining our service design community as a business analyst. We aim to deliver upon our vision of being a digital registration and information business, trusted for our integrity. Our community has a wide-ranging scope in working to understand our customer needs and placing those at the heart of how we design and deliver our digital services, of how we organise our people and how we deliver operational processes. We are collegiate by default so you will have a team to support you. Our community is embedded as part of cross-functional delivery teams, operational business units, innovation centres and business change

Skills Experience

*Excellent teamwork, oral, written and presentational skills;

*Domain experience with mapping or GIS technology;

*Experience as a business analyst in the public or commercial sector;

*Ability to be advisory in the application of business analysis techniques as they relate agile delivery frameworks and techniques;

*An evidence driven and value driven mind-set to gather the data necessary to propose and seek consensus on business improvements;

*The ability to be persuasive in presenting recommendations;

*A knack for being creative with a can-do attitude;

*The ability to evaluate and analyse information;

*The resilience to work under pressure with many unknowns;

*A focus on cost and value at the heart of your proposed solutions;

*A working knowledge and some experience in change management.
