Sales Engineer (Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial)

Home based (Travelling UK and parts of Europe)

£32,000 - £38,000 (Average O.T.E of £60,000 - £100,000) + Training + Car allowance + Flexible hoursSales Engineer position on offer at a market leading manufacturing company with a large global reach across China, Australia, USA and Europe where you will play a vital role in the growing UK market, earn uncapped commission and undergo an excellent training programme.Do you have a manufacturing, mechanical, industrial engineering or business admin degree? Do you have experience of working in a customer facing role?This company specialises in low volume, bespoke manufacturing such as metal machining, 3D metal printing, injection moulding and bespoke tooling. They supply to a huge range of industries from automotive to medical. Due to continued expansion across the global market, they are looking for a sales engineer to spearhead their efforts in the UK, Germany and Sweden.In this role you will be tasked with identifying and executing business development plans for each segment of your region. You will need to develop long-term, sustainable relationships with key businesses. You will also be working closely with engineers and technical teams to ensure requirements are gathered effectively and ensure successful delivery of quotations and fulfilment of orders.The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial engineering or Business Administration and experience of selling solutions linked to CNC, 3D Printing or Plastic injection Moulding technology.The role:

* Generate and develop new business

* Identify and execute business development plans for your region

* Develop long-term relationships with key business accounts

* Work closely with engineers, technical teams and sales and marketing team

* £32,000 - £38,000 (Average O.T.E of £60,000 - £100,000) + Training + Car allowance + Flexible hours

The person:

* BSc in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or Business Admin

* Willing to travel 50% of the time (UK wide and some European travel)

* Experience of dealing with and servicing customers

* Product development experience

* Manufacturing experience (preferred)
