EllisKnight are exclusive partnered with a rapidly growing global business based in their UK Head office in Reading, Berkshire and we are searching for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their team.
We will consider candidates with office-based experience as well as graduates seeking their first opportunity with a Global business which offers plenty of free onsite parking and are also close to public transport links.
Key areas of ResponsibilityProvide an excellent standard of customer service in Fluent Dutch and English to our client's customersYou will be receiving information from customers and collating reportsProvide support and training to customers on the company's services and products availableLog customer queries and ensure resolutions are found promptlyProvide general local language support which may include translation of documentsWork closely with other departments to provide an excellent service
EssentialsExperience of client relationship management through telephone and email interactionThe ability to multi task and work to deadlinesGood problem-solving skills, ability to generate possible solutionsAbility to work in high pressure team environmentStrong Excel skillsGood level of IT skills in generalHigh level of numeracy
