We are passionate about training, technology and career development.Due to the nature of the role, candidates must hold valid SC Clearance, or be willing to undergo the relevant checks to obtain clearance.The RoleThe mission of the programme is to implement a modern, mobile and integrated end-to-end solution allowing users to deliver quality services professionally and effectively.Your role is to provide detailed business analysis from a variety of data sources. Working alongside operational colleagues, project teams and third party suppliers, you will be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels and at every stage of the project.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of key inputs and outputs/gap analysisUnderstand/outline how benefits align to requirementsProvides an analysis input into the dialogue and negotiation meetingProvide analytical support to discussions on training numbers, logistics and operational schedulingResponsible for managing changes to business processesBuild and maintain strong project stakeholders relationshipsParticipate in evaluation activities as requiredEssential SkillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and ideas to different audiences at all levels of the organisationBackground of working in a structured development environment that includes working with 3rd parties to deliver complex solutionsA track record of extensive business analysis experience through the full software development lifecycle, evidenced by the ability to manage key stakeholders and the production of requirements definitions and specifications to a very high standard.Educated to degree level or equivalent experience gained in an ICT development environmentDesirable SkillsA Business Analysis qualification such as BCS Business Analysis Professional Diploma (Formally known as ISEB Business Analysis Diploma)SC Clearance Interested candidates should submit their CV in the first instance.
