Business Analyst - Cornwall - £45K - £55Nigel Frank international have been appointed by a global manufacturing client in Cornwall to assist for their search for a business analyst. My client operate on a global scale and this role is an excellent opportunity for someone that is keen to work on implementation projects and join a strong team. Having ERP experience would be a big plus, however, this is not a prerequisite for this role. You will be involved with their upcoming ERP implementation projects and play a vital role in this. The team you will be joining is responsible for the running of their ERP system and you be looking at ways to improve this as they are continually looking at ways to incorporate the latest technology to their business and ways of working.My client is fast paced organisation and operate at speed so you must be able to adapt and learn quickly. They offer a flexible and friendly working environment - they have a high staff retention rate with most employees staying over 7 years. They offer flexible working hours and there may be occasional international travel to visit their other sites, although this is project dependant. You will gain exposure to ERP and Microsoft stack technologies and no previous experience is needed - candidates must have previous experience working as a business analyst Roles & responsibilities:-Work closely with users and stakeholders to illicit business requirements-Identify business process improvements -Provide training to the end users and support-Drive user adoption throughout the business-Working on ERP implementationSkills & qualifications:-Understanding of manufacturing business processes and best practice -Previous experience in business analyst role-Excellent communication skills-ERP or Business Intelligence experience desirable If you are interested in this position please send your CV to [email protected] or call me 0203 808 7298 to discuss this role in further detail.
