The aim is to deploy the best Workday configuration for customers.As an HRIS Consultant, your missions will be to:Provide workshops and analysis to identify and understand functional needsDesign Workday solution configuration prototypesWrite and define integration processesAssist the DATA migration to WorkdayTest and Golive supportManage the changeEnsure the best use of the HRISKnowledge transfersEnsure the excellence of missions and customers' satisfaction Profile:Master's degree Engineering, HR or Informatic2-5 years of experience in Saas solutions / HR Cloud implementations (Workday, Successfactors, Taléo, Talentsoft, Technomedia, Cornerstone, Lumesse…) or in ERP implementation (SAP HR, Peoplesoft, Oracle, HR access, …)HR functional knowledgesPassionate about new technologiesFluent in englishWilling to do business travels (France and Worldwilde)Customer facingSelf starter, go-getter worker, great communicant, team spirit, creativity, rigourAbility to learn constantlyYou are comfortable with remote work and working with offshore teams
