Assistant Marketing Manager - LONDON - £150-£200 - 1 monthAssistant Marketing Manager - LONDON - £150-£200 - 1 monthThe work location is in Paddington, LONDON and is a 1 month contract.The pay rate on offer is between £150 - £200 per day.The role is working for a well established, multi-national retailer and specialises in clothing, home and luxury product.Key accountabilities of the role includeSupport Marketing Manager and Head of Customer Propositions & Category Marketing to develop compelling, authentic, customer relevant propositions for category communications and campaigns. These should be developed collaboratively ensuring they are highly commercial and mindful of operational challenges.Assist in the development of proposition briefs for specific category initiatives that meet commercial objectives and are aligned with key stakeholders. Briefs should reflect the overall strategy and priorities of Food Marketing, and should have clear budgets, timings and consumer targets.Support in the delivery of category propositions, campaigns and events, ensuring consistency across all touch points and accuracy against the briefAccountable for collating and briefing the décor requirements for the (Fresh/Ambient/Convenience) area for each relevant phase and/or campaignSupport campaign PIRs to ensure learnings are captured and set clear recommendations for future activity.Responsible for the day to day management of relevant category marketing budgets.Support the commercial rhythm, acting with pace to respond to market conditions.Develop plans to engage in-store colleagues, driving anticipation and excitement around key seasonal campaigns.Key experienceCampaign and project managementResilience and stakeholder managementEffective influencing skillsUnderstanding of RetailStrong numeracyAttention to detailCan do attitude
