QA Test Analyst - Up to £45k - York

My client, a leading software solutions provider in York, has an exciting opportunity for a Lead QA Analyst to join their team. The successful applicant will be a subject matter expert in automated testing and will work with peers and business leaders to set the QA strategy for the company. The Lead QA Analyst will manage and develop the QA team, ensuring the highest possible standard for the company's technology solutions.

The main duties include:

*Leading the QA team and ensuring quality is maintained throughout the continuous delivery pipeline

*Defining a clear test strategy with a consistent and structured approach

*Planning, assigning and monitoring all QA activities

*Automating tests to run in a continuous delivery pipeline

*Contributing to the global test strategy

Key requirements for the role:

*Enthusiastic, forward thinking and keen to learn new technologies

*Able to use Quality Management Tools such as JIRA, Charles, Fiddler or Postman

*Knowledge of the Principles, methods, techniques and tools for effective testing management for all types of testing including automated testing.
