£35,000 to £55,000 DOE + Flexible Working + Autonomous Role + Pension + 25 Days Holiday & Bank HolidaysExcellent opportunity for an Engineer with Control System Design experience to join a niche consultancy in a highly autonomous position, giving you the chance to work on a range of exciting projects in an informal and flexible working environment.This company, operating out of their new North Bristol site are a specialist engineering consultancy working within the offshore renewable energy and commercial marine industries. Through steady growth they are looking to add a Control Systems Engineer to their busy team.In this role you will join a small team working on control system design and the development of autonomous systems within the marine industry.The ideal candidate will have previous an engineering graduate with experience of Control System Design. Any Matlab/Simulink, programming in IEC61131 or PLCs experience (Beckhoff, Siemens, WAGO) is highly beneficial.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable growing business in a highly varied and interesting position where you can play a key part in the company's growth.The role:

*Control Design & Algorithm development

*Control system design and simulation in Simulink

*Working on Autonomous vessel control system development

*Part of a small tightknit team

*Flexible working and remote working possibilities but based out of their new North Bristol site

*37.5hr working week, flexible salary depending upon experienceThe person:

*Engineering graduate

*Control System Design Experience

*Matlab/Simulink & PLCs experience beneficial

*Live commutable to North Bristol
