Duration: 6-12 months, contract position
Location: Salfords, Surrey
Day rate: £3-500/day Context: Corporate carve out of small (£2m EBITDA) domiciliary care provider [NewCo] from parent company [ParentCo].  Work has already begun in order to carve out the entities, so all activities that require transitional services with the ParentCo have been identified, however a well thought through plan reflecting interdependencies and associated workstreams is required to ensure successful transition to NewCo.  Additionally, some processes will be updated in the transition to a new target operating model, so whilst more than half the activity is ‘lift and drop', there will be some revision.  NewCo will be under private equity ownership. Role: Project manager will be responsible for: Developing overall plan, timelines, risks and mitigations to plan Capturing dependencies between workstreams Sequencing the build of new (IT) solutions and migrations to reflect dependencies above Working with the relevant parties to deliver the plan, ensuring rapid resolution of issues with relevant parties across NewCo ParentCo (e.g., IT, Finance, operations) Developing transitional services SLAs [with the CEO of NewCo] and determining relevant tracking of KPIs to assist early identification of potential under-delivery What we're looking for: More than 3 years project management experience where PM has been responsible for overall project (as opposed to workstream) Experience with system migrations - ideally hardware and software Comfort communicating across stakeholders Familiarity with lean concepts advantageous If interested, please click the apply now button below!
