They're now looking for an ambitious Senior Front End Developer to join their Digital Team, working from their Newbury office.

The Role
As the Senior Front End Developer, you will act as our client's expert on all things front end, providing advice to staff on how technology should be used to deliver market-leading quality in their digital projects.
This is a hands-on development role that will see you developing digital solutions, selecting new technologies for the business, proposing technical solutions, ensuring code quality, providing work estimates and continuously improving processes.
Working in an Agile environment, you will:
- Oversee and guide junior team members
- Recommend the technical architecture needed to deliver a digital solution
- Actively explore new tech, such as voice, AR and VR and identify opportunities to use them
- Help to bring digital products to market
- Work with our client's sister brand, to lead the front end development of their applications
About You
To join our client as a Senior Front End Developer, you will need:
- At least five years' experience of using JavaScript, React / Angular / Vue, HTML, CSS, SASS and Ajax
- A proven track record of building high-quality websites
- People management experience, including experience of managing direct reports
