IT Technical Support Analyst - Wakefield Permanent - £20-25K Monday to Friday
Reed Technology are working with an established business based in Wakefield to recruit a Technical Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to focus on BAU and the day to day operation of the company's IT infrastructure.
* Provide technical support to staff across multiple sites. * Be involved in key projects and rollout programs for new technical implementations. * Act as an escalation point to the service desk on BAU incidents.
Key Technologies Required:
* Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016 * Active Directory * Microsoft Exchange * VMware / Hyper-V
* Previous experience is required from a similar role. * You will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. * A driving licence is essential as there may be times when there is a need to visit one of the company's sites.
You may have worked in one these roles: IT Technician, IT Engineer, Service Desk Analyst, Helpdesk Advisor, IT Support Desk, 1st Line IT Technician, 2nd Line IT Technician, Technical Support Agent, Service Desk Advisor.
