Are you an experienced Legal Advisor looking for an immediately available contract role? Do you want to work for a market leading company where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience?My client are a leading company within the Oil and Gas sector with UK headquarters in London. They require a Legal Advisor to cover maternity leave for 12 months. You will be assisting the Head of Legal with a range of tasks.On a day to day basis you will be reviewing, drafting, negotiating, managing and advising on general commercial contracts, NDA's, Estate contracts, assisting with managing disputes along with the contract management system in collaboration with external legal service suppliers and land agents.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any Legal Advisor to join a multi-national market leader within the oil and gas sector on an initial 12 month contract. The Role:* Supporting the Head of Legal with general commercial contracts, NDA's and Estate Contracts

* Collaborate with external legal service suppliers and land agents

* Managing disputes and advising on rights of access The Candidate:* Solicitor or barrister qualified to practice in England and Wales

* Good understanding of contract and land law

* Experience in private practice with commercial experience or experience as a company in-house legal advisor
