You will be getting hands-on with monitoring the operation of the system, providing support to their customers and working with internal teams. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining innovative, automated processes. '€¢Developing automation for a variety of manual tasks'€¢Implementing automation changes into production environments'€¢Collaborating closely with the Support, Development, Infrastructure, and Implementation teams to bring new customers onto the platform'€¢Using initiative to identify automation opportunities and developing solutions

Job requirements

'€¢At least a 2.1 degree in Computer Science or similar'€¢Proficient in SQL and relational databases'€¢Strong programming skills in an OOP language such as Java'€¢Competent in reading, editing and creating XML documents'€¢You have exceptional attention to detail'€¢Excellent communication skills with both customers and internal teams both verbally and written'€¢A strong interest in learning on the job
