You will be getting hands-on with monitoring the operation of the system, providing support to their customers and working with internal teams. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining innovative, automated processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and highly technically skilled graduate to take the first step in their graduate career and to join a company who has doubled in size over the last 3 years!Key responsibilitiesIn this graduate Automation Engineer Support job, your responsibilities will include:

'€¢Developing automation for a variety of manual tasks'€¢Implementing automation changes into production environments'€¢Collaborating closely with the Support, Development, Infrastructure, and Implementation teams to bring new customers onto the platform'€¢Using initiative to identify automation opportunities and developing solutions

Job requirements

'€¢At least a 2.1 degree in Computer Science or similar'€¢Proficient in SQL and relational databases'€¢Strong programming skills in an OOP language such as Java'€¢Competent in reading, editing and creating XML documents'€¢You have exceptional attention to detail'€¢Excellent communication skills with both customers and internal teams both verbally and written'€¢A strong interest in learning on the job
