SAP SuccessFactors Lead - 9 month contract - Inside IR35Potential for a long-term contract providing technical ownership and BAU support for the newly implemented SAP SuccessFactors system.Client DetailsA leading European supplier of construction materials. This role is based out of their Sheffield office, supporting the HR function.DescriptionSAP SuccessFactors Lead - 9 month contract - Inside IR35Supporting the HR team, you will have technical responsibility for the maintenance, development and support of their newly implemented SAP SuccessFactors HR system.You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and HR Business Partners across Europe to develop their HR systems and design solutions for current and future modules and applicationsKeep up to date with new SAP releases/enhancements etcPotential for this to extend beyond 12 months. ProfileThe successful candidate will come from a technical background and be well-versed in developing, implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors as a systemBe familiar with associated modules (PeopleDoc, JobTrain, Benefex etc)You will be comfortable working between IT and HR teams to support daily administration and improvements to the system in line with business needsMust be happy to join a BAU support environment, and presenting to senior stakeholdersStrong understanding of Microsoft applications, including Visual BasicJob OfferRole based in Sheffield city centreCompetitive day rateMin. 9 month contract, likely to extend beyond 12 monthsSome European travel will be included in this roleSAP SuccessFactors Lead - 9 month contract - Inside IR35
