£30,000 to £40,000 + Holiday + Pension. 1 year fixed term contract with potential to be increased.Excellent opportunity to join an exciting company, working on an ambitious, unique project, backed by significant government investment with the aim of creating a reimagined consumer storytelling experience.This company are working on an innovative project building a platform for modern storytelling using a variety of immersive technologies and transmedia approaches. At the heart of this project is a multi-platform mobile app which they are looking for a Mobile App Developer to help build.In this role you will pioneer a multi-platform app, joining transmedia storytelling and interactive experiences embedding Unity developed, augmented reality interactions. You will be managing the application lifecycle. The role is available due to an increase in projects, this is initially a 1 year fixed term contract, however may be extended.The ideal candidate will have experience with Native development on iOS and Android platforms. They will have experience writing Objective-C/Swift and Java. They will understand the application lifecycle across native iOS and Android platforms. Ideally, they will have knowledge of UI, native mobile app frameworks and Redux.This is a fantastic and unique opportunity to work in a role that will allow you to gain strong experience with Mobile App Development, working on an exciting project inventing a new immersive experience.The Role:

- Development of a multi-platform mobile app, joining transmedia storytelling and interactive experiences including location-based, augmented reality gameplay and crafting economy gameplay with audio, video, comics and social media

- Managing the application lifecycle

- 1 year fixed term contract with potential to be increasedThe Person:

- Native development experience with iOS and Android

- Experience writing Objective-C/Swift and Java

- Understanding of the application lifecycle on native iOS and Android platforms
