The role is predominantly hands-off, leading a tech team of 5-7 individuals and ensuring efficient product delivery and quality.A software or tech engineering background preferredGood knowledge of the Software Development Life CycleMentoring or leading experienceAn interest and passion to work in a modern tech and fast paced environmentYou will be leading a cross-functional team, working with Agile methodologies and in a TDD environment. Team sizes range between 5-7 developers. Working on patented robotics for eCommerce, you as the Team Leader and your team will be embracing complex problems and finding the best way to solve them using a highly collaborative approach.
