The role would suit someone with a background in customer service. Any experience in a Service Coordinator or similar role will be beneficial. Full product training will be provided but any interest or experience in the beauty industry will be beneficial.

Day to day you will be self-managed overseeing and supporting all the products across the UK. You will need to ensure all service and breakdowns are carried out. Following probation, you will be targeted to service calls and have the chance to earn a bonus.

All in all, a fantastic opportunity to gain a role will full autonomy, in a fast pace, communal office where you can progress and develop your career.

THE ROLE:

*Office based.

*Contact clients to deal with product breakdowns and service.

*Link engineers with the call outs.

*Targeted to service calls.

*Full in-house training provided.

THE PERSON:

*Any service coordinator or customer service background.

*Able to deal with challenging customers.

*Motivated by targets.

*Commutable to Cardiff.
